We knew we wanted a Golden retriever and did some research and stumbled upon a local breeder in Paloa, KS who had referred us on to Settlers Trail Goldens. It was love at first site and after a conversation with the breeders, we were committed! They met us when the pups were just 8 weeks old and we picked out our precious Blue, although Pink was probably more perfect and a princess, we went with our gut and heart with Blue! Thank God , we love this dog like no other and she loves even harder right back. Im not gonna lie though the kids want me to go pick up Pink too!!! You get what you pay for in this case what you wait for (I wanted a GR for 20 years). The breeders an I are In touch a ton, I adore Debbie and Bob! Honestly, we are grateful for this blessing, our newest member Blue <3

We recently got a new family member from Settler's Trail goldens and we could not be more in love :) Ellie joins her two sisters, Lilo and Nala, who love her almost as much as we do.
From the moment we contacted Bob and Debbie, they were extremely easy to work with and were in contact with us during the entire process, sending videos and pictures of Ellie prior to us bringing her home. Since then, I have sent Debbie pictures of Ellie and her new family, and her appreciation and kindness make Ellie even more special to us, knowing she was treated with such love until the day we brought her home. Maddie Lynn is doing awesome. She is soooo sweet. She is very active that's for sure.
She is so pretty!!! You can't really tell in the picture but her color has changed and she is getting some Carmel color through the blond it is gorgeous. Lorie
